ORDERING PROCEDURE

Please email all prescriptions and order details to orders@ascendrx.com.ph. No e-commerce portal will be used at this time.

2. PRESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

UPLOAD a valid prescription indicating the following details:

Patient name, birthdate, and address
Indication that the item is a compounded medication
Required compound (generic name, potency/strength, net weight or volume, quantity, dosage form, and UOM)
Directions for use (Signa)
Physician’s signature, PRC license number, and S2 number for regulated compounds

3. LEAD TIME AND ORDER CUT-OFFS

Daily cut-off: 12:00 NN
Standard lead time: Two (2) working days from receipt of complete requirements
Bulk quantities may require additional time—please coordinate with our Dispensary Team

4. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

5. PICK UP

Orders may be picked up at Ascend Rx
Original prescription must be surrendered upon pick-up

6. DELIVERIES

Delivery options remain available. Our team will coordinate applicable fees and schedules.

7. STORAGE & HANDLING

We strictly follow cold-chain handling protocols, particularly for sterile preparations, through our accredited logistics partner.
